Baptisms at Resound Church
The word baptism comes from the Greek word baptiso, meaning to fully immerse or submerge, often a sign of a change in a person’s life. It was practiced in the New Testament, in particular by John the Baptist, and signified a change in life’s direction. Therefore, we practice baptism by full immersion in water.
Baptisms at Resound Church are done during a Sunday service. It is a public declaration that a person has decided to follow Jesus.
